By accessing or using Mechu Jobs (mechujobs.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Mechu Jobs. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Employers using the platform represent that they are authorised to post jobs on behalf of their organisation and that job listings comply with all applicable labour laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

As a jobseeker, you may:

• Create a profile and upload your resume
• Apply for jobs posted on the platform
• Save jobs and receive job alerts
• Use career services offered by Mechu Jobs

You agree not to create false or misleading profiles, misrepresent your qualifications, or apply for jobs with no genuine intention of accepting them.

As an employer, you may post job listings, search candidate profiles, and manage applications. You agree that all job listings will:

• Be for genuine, bona fide employment opportunities
• Not discriminate on the basis of caste, religion, gender, age, or disability (except where permitted by law)
• Accurately describe the role, responsibilities, and compensation
• Comply with all applicable employment laws in India

We reserve the right to remove any job listing that violates these terms or our content policies without notice or refund.

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Scrape or automatically collect data from the platform
• Circumvent any security features or access controls
• Use the platform for spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
• Post jobs for multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, or illegal activities
• Impersonate any person or organisation
• Interfere with the normal operation of the platform

All content on Mechu Jobs — including logos, design, text, and software — is the property of Mechu Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, job postings). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content to operate the platform.

Mechu Jobs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of job listings
• That employers will respond to applications
• That the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The suitability of any candidate or employer

We are a technology platform connecting jobseekers with employers and are not a party to any employment agreement between them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mechu Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed ₹10,000 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is lower.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
